The feeling just kept getting stronger as he stood there looking at the new ponies that felt like they were, indeed, family. He couldn’t shake that and he really didn’t want to. Had he found his family at last? Were he and his little brother found at last? He glanced at the young filly nuzzling Moonbright. And had to smile when his little brother wrinkled his muzzle in response to it. “Eww, cooties…” the little colt cried in protest. Moonshade cleared his throat as a warning. Moonbright said nothing more with a grouchy sigh.
Moonshade looked at Nighstar again and caught her telepathic message to her mother, saying she had found her twin. The black alicorn had to step back. There was such a strong connection there that seemed to grow as the moments passed. But they were not identical twins, were they? More like opposites…? Moonshade scanned Nightstar again but looked right into her eyes when she asked him a question.
"Do you wish to come with me to the palace?” The princess asked and added, “Brother.”
Moonshade tried to stretch his broken wing by accident and it reminded him why he needed to keep it still. He grimaced and spoke through clenched teeth. “I’d like to go to the healers, if it’s not too much trouble.” The rain started to really weigh on his busted wing. Gingerly, he tried to reposition it, but failed, and was rewarded with a jolt of pain. “I usually can heal things like this on my own, but for some reason it won’t set right.” He looked at the decrepit wing. “And so it won’t heal.” The rain pelted his and his brothers coat. Moonbright retreated into the shadow of his big brother, out of the rain where he began to shiver. Moonshade felt shivers too but he would not let them come, knowing that they would jostle his broken wing. As minutes passed, the rain came down harder and it stung, drenching Moonshade’s body from head to toe. He looked at Tin Whistle but realized she was on her way already. Then he turned only his head to Nightstar. “After we visit the cottage, and get out of this freakish rain, “ he looked up into the sky for a moment then back to her, pink eyes almost hidden by his sopping wet forelock. “Then Moonbright and I will go with you.” With that, the alicorn nudged his brother and followed after Tin Whistle.

Crescent Moon went and stood by her sister, in full pelt of the rain. It was somehow soothing, and she liked it. The rain had always calmed her. She said nothing, but giggled at her twin's wrinkling of his nose and declaring that she had 'cooties.' She stood by Night Star, and waited, then followed them.

"You may go to this ponys house and I shall bring you to the castle to but I will bring you yo th healers aswell to see if they can do anything." She smiled at MoonBright as he declared her sister had cooties and nodded to TinWhistle to continue walking.
TinWhistle had stopped and then started walking again after the princess nodded to her. She felt like she was going to drown in all the royals. She felt so out of place but continued walking ayway. Would the queen invite her to the castle?

Moonshade kept his brother in line in front of him so he could see the little foal all the time. Moonbright hung his head in frusteration. He so badly wanted to run about wildly, just like before, he could taste it. But instead he had to walk just in front of his older brother. He did however get to walk just a few feet away from a filly his age and, just as long as she didn't do anything that would transfer her cooties to him, he liked walking with her. For him, he finally had someone his own age to play with.
Moonshade followed the other ponies just a tad slower than they were going so he wouldn't jostle his broken wing. He did have some questions to ask and he did so. "How long have you ponies been here? Moonbright and I have been wandering for so long and not, until today, have we ever found a soul."

Moon smiled at the colt, her twin. Finally, she had found another she could play with, and because he was a male, they could possibly play fight.

((ooc: sowwy. I was away yet again )) NightStar replied "Thats funny. There are alot of ponys around here. But there have been alot of storms latly so that may have driven them away." she was starting to settle in with the fact that she had a twin. TinWhistle asked NightStar to join them in going to her cottage and Night accepted.

The seas advanced and receded with the tide. On a smooth rock a mericorn sat alone. Her long blue hair blew in the wind against her jet -black coat. It was quiet so far on this side of the island. Not many ever trespassed around here. With a sigh, she spun a crystal pendant, watching it intently. Then she heard it, faint for a few seconds then the sound exploded like a dying dolphin, cracking the crystal, echoing its way over the very island. Magenta eyes turned to the sea’s whitecaps with a dark anger. She knew that call. Meris needed her. With a leap, she dove into the waves and swam in his direction. Once she was deep enough she winked out.
