Whistle Wishes left her home and walked along the sidewalks of the neighborhood. She hoped to run into someone. Her life's been so boring lately, and she had nothing to do. She really wished that something neat or spectacular would happen, but in the past couple weeks nothing spectacular or neat has happened to Whistle at all.
The pale blue unicorn sighed as she continued her walk.

Skai walked along the road. She flapped her wings and shook her head so a stream of magic was emitted from her horn. Her purple body shook as the cold wind blew on it.

At first Whistle didn't see Skai. She was looking up at the moon. She loved how it shone so brightly in the sky. Whistle's horn was glittering when the moonlight shone on it. She smiled. It was always so peaceful at night.
She then noticed that a Winged Unicorn was walking by. So the streets weren't empty tonight after all! The uni looked around to see if anyone else was around. Nope, no one else but her and the winged uni.
She walked over to the winged uni and smiled. "Hey there!" She said.

The unicorn giggled. "Nice to meet you!" She had her eyes closed when Skai flew up to her. Whistle opened her eyes and noticed the pony was in front of her nose. "Ah!" She backed up a few steps. Then she smiled. "So, why are you out here all alone?" She asked.

Skai shrugged. "I'm too young to have a cottage and I have no parents." She looked away to hide her tears and she said 'parents'. She hated both of her parents just leaving her. Just because she was a mer and a alicorn.
((She's a mer and in land form she is an alicorn lol. I forgot to tell you lmao))

The unicorn frowned. "Oh dear! You poor thing!" Whistle felt sorry for the poor little thing. She then thought for a moment. "You want to come live with me?" She asked her. "I live by myself, and since you don't have any parents...." She wanted to help the poor thing. Plus she always loved kids. What harm could the little one do?

Skai smiled. "I dunno. I dont really belong on land but... I do need somewhere to sleep" She looked out at the sea. Truly she was a mer.
StarRose landed on the path inbetween a row of houses. She walked around, looking for something to do.

Skai grinned from ear to ear. "Thanks." As she said it her horn glowed, lighting up her face. She yawned and landed on the ground and nearly fell asleep there!

Skai nodded, then stood up and smiled up at WhistleWishes.
Star watched the two ponys cute! she thought but they look nothing alike, are they related? She shrugged and looked at the cottages, was someone living in all of them?
